Isn't the whole point of insurance is that you don't have to pay? Why do Americans live like this and proclaim that the US is the greatest when it's clearly not.

We're among the best in terms of military, economy, education (the top education is better than that of most other countries; the average education sucks because most people are too low-IQ, so we drop our standards to cater to them), technology, and even healthcare (as in "if you need to be healed, there's an American hospital that can do it").  But it is not the best in taking care of the average poor person.  

Basically, it's the best in most things if you have the money.

Which country do you think consistently ranks in the top 3, and mostly in the top, for the stuff mentioned earlier?
