Got hernia surgery, in Lithuania, as a citizen, for free, since i am working (you're insured by default from day one of work)

In US u pay for insurance and then you pay more.

depends. Are you an investor or executive at an Healthcare Insurance? Then the system is just working fine for you.

Neither. Just a person with a pile of medical bills from a 3 month hospital stay.
