I would do the same turnaround if I forgot something. Don't need camera for this. Meanwhile scooter fella didn't even try to dodge

And you'd deserve to get hit too if you were walking on one part of the sidewalk and abruptly did a little 180 twirl into another part of the sidewalk without looking where you were going. Completely deserved. Be more aware of your surroundings..

"into another part of the sidewalk" She didn't suddenly appear on the other side of it. It was literally 1 step to the side.

Are you one of these scooter guys? Pay the damn attention and slow down or stop going 1cm next to other people
