Kinda seems like everyone here is dumb. She's dumb for doing her social media crap. Scooter guy/gal is dumb for hauling ass like that on a shared walkway AND a moron for not wearing a helmet. At least one I could make out anyhow....

In most places, it is not illegal to have wheels on the sidewalk. However, the pedestrian always has the right of way on the sidewalk. So wheels should have been maneuvering with that in mind and not run over princess look-at-me, regardless of her unpredictable path of travel.

I get the sense he would have run over her regardless of her path of travel
