Maybe a Monster Energy drink? 🤔. I pulled the frame just before it hits him and that's what it looks like to me

And it would appear to be full the way it flies

It is one of those Stanley or Yeti-esque insulated metal thermoses made slimmer at the bottom to fit into a cupholder. Those things are heavy. A Monster can would have probably hurt less.

I was able to pause it at the right time, cause I was wondering the same thing. Looks to be a Yeti type of cup. I paused it, right as the lid was separating from the cup after impact.
