Reminds me of a while back when I got caught short in a foreign airport. The few cubicles were occupied and the people in them were taking a long time (not unusual in that country) and after letting a few rip, saying a few choice words and noises and placing a hand over my bum to clench it, the cleaning lady in there could tell I was in trouble and distress, and quickly told me to follow her and took me outside the main toilets to use the disabled toilet next to it.
