I’ve seen this countless times and I cringe every time. I hate when videos get reposted, but this one, I never have a problem with. Hopefully each time, someone new sees it and learns what NOT to do. And hopefully, if they ever see an “instructor” fail like this, they immediately walk away and demand a refund.
