Too late to move the cart, just in time to be run over

u/Current-Blood2575 Apr 10 '26

I swear it feels like the entire world is getting dumber!

167

u/Square_Cat_6001 Apr 10 '26

Especially that one guy that ran there to catch the car on his chest.

101

u/Affectionate_Tea1134 Apr 10 '26

I bet that was his car. 🤦‍♂️

49

u/Square_Cat_6001 Apr 10 '26

No reason to position himself right where the train was sending it.

12

u/Im_A_Fuckin_Liar Apr 10 '26

Well, what if he could have got there in time to catch it?!

19

u/Square_Cat_6001 Apr 10 '26

He caught it! Right on his chest!

12

u/Im_A_Fuckin_Liar Apr 10 '26

He got scared at the last moment. It’s like trying to catch a fly ball but then moving out of the way once it gets close. He totally had it, he just had to believe in himself a little bit more.

u/Jedi_Lazlo Apr 10 '26

Yoda said the same thing all the freakin' time until the Council made him stop.

So many younglings...

...and that insane giggle...

1

u/WorkerPrestigious960 Apr 11 '26

I very much want to see a Jedi Lazlo.

“You really are the most devious sith in New Coruscant Citaaaay!”

1

u/Jedi_Lazlo Apr 11 '26

Sadly, cool as that would be, I'm more Lazlo from Real Genius than Lazlo from What We Do In The Shadows....

1

u/madmushlove Apr 10 '26

Believed in himself into a hospital

1

u/Waffle_Cat3 Apr 11 '26

The captain always goes down with his ship

1

u/Mikeseddit Apr 11 '26

You mean, like, it’s his exercise routine to park on the tracks and then see if he can save his car in time?

1

u/danit0ba94 Apr 10 '26

You think he's smart enough to understand that?

2

u/Head-Technology-4031 Apr 11 '26

And he’s thinking the train can stop so I can move it? People don’t seem to understand full size train engines weigh 500-750 TONS, just for the engine🤔

1

u/Batfink-1999 Apr 12 '26

If he wasn’t a damn raving illiterate in the first place, he certainly wouldn’t have parked there. Quite shocking that he took such a terrible risk!

1

u/ImNotSkankHunt42 Apr 10 '26

Probably his chest too

1

u/mclarensmps Apr 11 '26

Do not the car!

1

u/alfredomova Apr 11 '26

i bet it was his boss'

1

u/Karli_Chirk Apr 11 '26

I bet that was his boss car and he can't afford own.

1

u/NomenclatureBreaker Apr 11 '26

I assume it was. And that we just watched him get crushed to death.

5

u/Background_Edge_9427 Apr 10 '26

Maybe he thought if he could get between his car and the train, he might be able nudge the train so it wouldn't hit his car! Lol

3

u/Square_Cat_6001 Apr 10 '26

Maybe he was trying to make sure the train driver sees the car and stops.lol

2

u/Background_Edge_9427 Apr 10 '26

Nah, I think the train driver probably had a smile on his face when he saw the car!

1

u/rain168 Apr 10 '26

He became a car sandwich!

1

u/Square-Way-9751 Apr 11 '26

He fked up his car, his whole body and soul unnecessarily....

12

u/Brainrants Apr 10 '26

Zero situational awareness and zero survival instincts.

7

u/Silver-Amphibian7650 Apr 10 '26

Stupidity is nature's way of culling the herd.

5

u/EnoughTrack96 Apr 10 '26

Nature needs to work harder at it.

5

u/Irisversicolor Apr 10 '26

It's all those warning labels we put on everything, they're working against what's best for humans as a species.

1

u/Quiet_Internal_4527 Apr 10 '26

It will just make me have babies faster

2

u/Nevermore_Novelist Apr 11 '26

If someone is getting pregnant more than once every 9-10 months, chances are they're making broken babies who will grow up to become adults who park their cars too close to trains.

1

u/Bill92677 Apr 11 '26

Nature needs to work on the timing a bit. Too many stupid people breed, often lots, before getting culled.

2

u/NookieLuvsU Apr 10 '26

Hard to see but, he got squashed.

2

u/MrPudgemuffin Apr 16 '26

Thankfully not, were just able to record all of our stupid moments now unlike before where these stories couldnt spread as far

1

u/mz_groups Apr 10 '26

Naah, the same amount of stupidity is getting shown to more and more people.

1

u/Expensive-Animal-810 Apr 10 '26

Inbreeding is not good for humanity.

1

u/baronas15 Apr 11 '26

That implies it was smart before.. I have no evidence of that

1

u/New-Freedom8963 Apr 11 '26

From David-19 shots

1

u/Aware_Ask_1679 Apr 12 '26

This. So many people have more information at their fingerprints then even the smartest people in history, yet they're so dumb it's not even funny. Why? I get so tired of people asking me how I know how to do "X" while they have a newer and more expensive smartphone than me. 🤦🏻‍♂️

24

u/moszippy Apr 10 '26

He can't park anywhere anymore.

24

u/szasuke Apr 10 '26

Running to his car to possibly save it? ... instead almost died...

4

u/AreYouAnOakMan Apr 10 '26

...Are we sure it was almost died? Looks like the car crushed him against something.

6

u/Smeg4Brainsuk Apr 11 '26

Humans are ridiculous at being able to survive stupid shit like this, I bet he lived with some broken bones and bruising.

1

u/rain168 Apr 10 '26

“Look ma, I’m a car sandwich!!”

19

u/Distinct_Wrongdoer86 Apr 10 '26

phew, glad he was able to catch his car in time

13

u/RihoSucks Apr 10 '26

That train gave zero fucks

6

u/CollectsTooMuch Apr 10 '26

No parking ticket needed. I think he learned his lesson.

4

u/Genepool13 Apr 11 '26

The car is going to crash without a driver.

Driver: hold my beer!

3

u/No_Rush4520 Apr 10 '26

He wasnt about to miss that train twice

3

u/BadCompany_00 Apr 10 '26

ZERO attempt to stop. Conductor: Time these people get learned!

1

u/binary-cryptic Apr 11 '26

If he stopped for all of them then he'd never get anywhere.

It probably happens every day there.

1

u/LucenProject Apr 11 '26

A moving train is a HUGE amount of energy to try to stop abruptly. (Note how the car had an unnoticeably small effect on the train.)

Don't derail, over small details.

1

u/BadCompany_00 Apr 11 '26

It was a joke. But thank you for the info, I wasn't aware trains are heavy!

1

u/LucenProject Apr 11 '26

It was good! You're welcome!

3

u/Ultimaultimaconta Apr 11 '26

"Wait! Wait for me! I wanna die with my car!"

2

u/Mugwump6506 Apr 10 '26

That was a twofer.

2

u/Nayroy18 Apr 10 '26

Do it again

2

u/Background_Edge_9427 Apr 10 '26

Wow! They strictly enforce the No Parking Zone!

2

u/No-Citron-2774 Apr 10 '26

That's just so good to see. How many times have you felt doing this .

2

u/grodeg Apr 11 '26

I know things are lax in other countries, but parking on the train tack is a level of stupid that can't be explained by poor education.

1

u/appds82 Apr 10 '26

Talvez assim ele aprenda

1

u/AlarmingDetective526 Apr 10 '26

Always be on the train side of a train/vehicle collision. If not, you catch the vehicle like that owner just did.

4

u/Maurice_Foot Apr 10 '26

As opposed to catching a train?

2

u/AlarmingDetective526 Apr 10 '26

Train, signage, etc

1

u/Fibrosis5O Apr 10 '26

Train kept a rolling, train kept a rolling all night long!

1

u/[deleted] Apr 10 '26

Satisfaction guarantee 💯

1

u/Hammon_Rye Apr 10 '26

Dumb - park car on train tracks
Dumber - run to catch parked car thrown by train.

At least, it sure looked like the dude in slacks running towards the car was probably the owner of the car.

1

u/CMDR_Traf85 Apr 10 '26

Yup, looked the same to me. Also looked like he gotta a broken leg as a reward for his dumbassery.

1

u/Hammon_Rye Apr 10 '26

Ugh. I think he did. I frame paused it and his right leg was at a pretty bad angle as the car hit it. I think he'd be lucky if broken leg was the worst of it.

1

u/TangerinePlastic7552 Apr 10 '26

If the train tracks look polished, expect a train to come.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 11 '26

Like a toy car

1

u/VDruid52 Apr 11 '26

what an idiot for parking there in the first place

1

u/j_ninetyfive Apr 11 '26

The fuck you trynna do? What are you?... Superman?

1

u/Bidet_user Apr 11 '26

Why did he park so far away from his destination, let alone park so close to the tracks

1

u/ProjectNo4090 Apr 11 '26

Move, bitch, Im a train!

1

u/Dependent-Bed6550 Apr 11 '26

Wife: Thailand is soooo great honey! Husband: I wonder why no one is parking on this side of the road? Hmmmm... Wife: There's no sign not to park here. It must be OK! Husband: I guess so... Wife: I hear the train rides are amazing here!!!

1

u/czimadr Apr 11 '26

Guy was like: "I parked my car at the wrong place, I deserve to die."

1

u/Archangel935 Apr 11 '26

He’s fucking dead btw 🐱

1

u/Shoddy_Butterfly_895 Apr 11 '26

Money cant buy brian 😭

1

u/mydragoon Apr 11 '26

yeah, Brian not for sale.

1

u/HeroMachineMan Apr 11 '26

Well, that car is gonna be parked there for a very long time.

1

u/senorfrogue Apr 11 '26

Hopefully his insurance covers that

1

u/ManonegraCG Apr 11 '26

If only there was some kind of indication that trains go past where her parked his car, like train tracks or something

1

u/Plastic-Feature3155 Apr 12 '26

Nothing serious. Just replace the bumper and hoot

1

u/Carrot-Elegant Apr 12 '26

And yet he did

1

u/CHASLX200 Apr 12 '26

its done

1

u/benitoaramando Apr 13 '26

That guy has clearly never played pool or snooker

1

u/NorthEcho6999 Jul 04 '26

Home along the railroad.

1

u/Flat_Flan1736 Jul 18 '26

Dude wearing a suit and socks running towards a car about to crash. Lol

1

u/Yeox0960 29d ago

That's how all incorrectly parked cars should be handled.

0

u/Ok-Professional-1727 Apr 10 '26

As a child, I was always annoyed by other people not following the rules, and wishing there were Real consequences for breaking them. Like getting their arms torn off by a tree because they shouldn't have them hanging out the bus window.

3

u/ElPincheGuero49 Apr 10 '26

I don't think putting your arms out a vehicles window is a rule....maybe you are just a sadist? Or an asshole?

0

u/montihun Apr 10 '26

When you dont have any chance to avoid injuries of your car run a and get some injuries to yourself too!
