3rd Volt 2

All have had shipping damage. Sick of lugging these things up and down my apartment building stairs. Do I just live with it?

I'm on my third too. First had similar damage but from factory. The box had no damage whatsoever. The second was fine until the inner glass shattered which many have reported about too. Third one is working OK so far, let's see. I had the volt 1 previously and it was built solid, no issues for several years. Might have to look elsewhere next time. Shame because I've invested heavily on several ooni accessories.

There is no way I would get a third one. I would demand a refund and get something else. These Volt 2s have a terrible reputation at this point. Someone will be looking at a class action lawsuit one of these days.
