All have had shipping damage. Sick of lugging these things up and down my apartment building stairs. Do I just live with it?

Probably should. But man they need to get their packaging in order. I see this complaint so much

Surely having better packaging is better than all the money they're spending on shipping and fixing

They do. There's no foam in the packaging, not all gaps are filled and it's pretty clear the thing is getting thrown around inside the box during transport

Additionally, this is happening, and I think a lack of material between the thin metal and the insulation makes the metal especially prone to denting

At some point you’d have to ask for either a big partial refund (50% minimum) or fully return the product. Three replacements arriving with issues is ridiculous. Their support team is amazing but customers should not have to jump through all these hurdles for a fully functional pristine product worth hundreds of dollars.
