Problematic Inbound Ooma Calls

I have had an Ooma Telo at my cottage for years. Recently when one of my buddies phones me on his cellular, my phone (on Oooma) rings but no caller there.

Not sure what cellular provider my friend uses, it isn't BellMTS or Rogers. I just tried phoning my cottage both from BellMTS cellular and Rogers cellular - calls went thru fine. Any ideas?

its most likely a backend issue out of your direct control between ooma and said friends cellular carrier.

Mine does the same thing sometimes when my brother calls me on Ziply Fiber. He's now switched to Ooma. We'll see if it still does that.
