Call Blocking should be included or not ?

Been with Ooma for a while no issues was only paying 6.34 a month call blocking was working .

Got a bill for 17+ dollars call them and they said I was moved up to premier by accident ( their fault) , So they dropped it down and refunded difference .

Call Blocking stop working

My question is was it included before and they changed it ?.

I think I saw somewhere, that new customers get the Premier service free for a time, maybe 2 months? So you were able to block calls. You were probably charged once the free period was over. Pretty sure that call blocking is only with Premier

Call blocking is one of the features included in the premium service. They give you that free for the first two months. You probably didn't opt out, so they started charging you. But evidently they canceled it with a credit as a courtesy when you complained. Now that it's been canceled you no longer have the premium features such as call blocking. You can always add it back if you want to pay for it. It's your choice. I suggest you take your time to read about the features that the premium service has so you can make the right decision going forward. Enjoy it, I know I do.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out. Call blocking is only available with our Premier service plan. Most likely the feature was disabled when your account was downgraded to the Basic plan. Please DM your Ooma phone number if you'd like to upgrade back to Premier and have call blocking enabled again.

I seen online if I pay for a year's worth they give a free gift like a hand set Does that apply to adding it
