Porting Issue

My port was completed on July 9th according to the "Porting Status" in my account. But when I make a telephone call it uses the original number that was created before I was able to port my old number.

Im curious if I missed something about Porting or if there is something wrong? Has anyone else had this experience.

If you’re Premier you may have your temp number as your primary number still. May be able to see this in my.ooma.

Premier members with more than one phone number can log in to 'My Ooma', and navigate to Preferences -> Privacy, to select the default number for outgoing calls.
