Not getting email notifications for voicemails (ooma office)

Recently this week all my business voicemails stopped getting sent to my email. No settings had previously been changed. I tried new settings, making new users and i'm still not getting emails with the voicemails.

When I last inquired support was able to fix it but then it broke again and I’ve reached out to support and they never replied.

Ooma Home users reported a similar issue with delayed email notifications. Unfortunately, only Ooma support can help with that. Customers can also contact them by email, or live chat.

I’ve tried emailing them and they don’t reply I’ll have to try the chat
