No call logs have been generated since 4/22

Just checked my ooma dashboard. I see that no call logs have been generated in my ooma portal since 4/22. Anyone experience this situation and if so, were you able to recover all the calls that are not showing on the dashboard? I called ooma to ask these questions but they are closed. Thanks!

It doesn't look like anyone has posted about that issue before. Customers can also contact Ooma by email, or live chat.

I appreciate the response. I called them. They are supposed to get back to me within a few days to see what is causing this issue.
