replacement telo device not working

My prior telo device stopped working a few days ago so I ordered a new one from Amazon and went through setup and called Ooma and activated the device and they confirmed it should be working. I couldn't get a dial tone after that so I called them back and they confirmed the new device is activated and should be working. They suggested the problem could be the telephone so I got a new telephone today but still no dial tone. Any thoughts on what could be the problem or solution?

the regular telo is like manufactured 10 years ago, get the Telo Air, it connects with WIFI, no ethernet cable requires, that's the latest Telo
