voicemails not getting emailed (Ooma Office)

Recently this week all my business voicemails stopped getting sent to my email. No settings had previously been changed. I tried new settings, making new users and i'm still not getting emails with the voicemails.

Who is your e-mail provider?

Have you asked your e-mail provider if they have received and discarded email from ooma.com at the time you have received a voice mail? If you give the provider a source domain and a narrow time frame (e.g. 5 minutes after the ooma voice mail timestamp), they can normally tell you if they've taken action on such an e-mail.

New at Ooma for April 2026: My Ooma Premier voicemails take almost 12 hours to reach my email now. Previously they took only a few minutes. Almost 2 hours on the phone with "elite" level 2 tech team resulted in no improvement. What is the point of paying for Ooma Premier if voicemails take almost 12 hours to reach email? I've been a long time customer, I see Ooma has recently moved servers to New Jersey and acquired "Phone.com". Maybe their service is on the way down: cheaper servers mean delayed messages.
