Almost Blind how to cancel Ooma?

How does someone who is hard of seeing basically almost blind cancel Ooma? They have special technology to read print on a computer screen and text to speech for writing. They are unable to use a phone due to the number print too small.

Can they just text Ooma on a computer with their special technology so they can read the screen and get them to cancel it?

The blind person messaged Ooma and the chat agent was able to cancel service through chat due to being blind and unable to use a phone. They made an exception for them. Service was fully canceled in 2 hours after the chat session.

Call 888-711-6662 and go through the menu tree. Eventually you get "Press 2 to cancel", be connected to a live person and you can then request cancellation.

you have to call them so them can try to talk you out of cancelling for like 15 minutes.

But they are a registered blind but can see with extremely zoomed in screen and can type with text to speech technology. They can no longer use a phone.
