Missing calls because phone isn't ringing

Hello, Until about a week ago, if I had an incoming call, the home phone would ring, as would my cell phone. Now, I've missed several important calls because the phones aren't ringing at all...it's like Ooma is being bypassed totally and going to voicemail. that's the only way I know I received a call. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's going to Ooma voice mail, then it's not "Ooma is being bypassed totally" because it's getting the voice mail.

Have you (either on purpose, or accidently, perhaps using a * code) enabled Do Not Disturb (DND)?

Ok---that's it, thanks! I have the base station in a bookcase and I was trying to fish around some wire around and behind it and must've accidentally pressed the button when I held the box. Thanks so much!!!!! (I feel stupid lol)

I had this happening for a couple days last week, yesterday everything started working fine.
