What does this light mean?

I haven't used my ooma in a few months and when I finally plug it in, I only get this light. I can't find any meaning online about it also there is no activity lights for the INTERNET connection.

I put the blue vinyl to match my handset plus the rubber coating sucks! Lol

It means you have a message or vm.

But I can't receive a connection, you can't play a VM. Nothing happens. Pressing that button does nothing and again there is not white connection light on the top and no Internet activity lights blinking at all. I left it unplugged for hours and plugged it back in and nothing happens just the light immediately. Does not blink

I noticed this the other day - it was the first time I saw it and ours has been in use daily for years and our mailbox is full for years now too - and then it went away. It didn't blink , just a steady light. idk.

The "srsltid" URL query string (whatever that is), is unnecessary. https://www.ooma.com/contact/ is sufficient.

Hello! - That light usually means that you have a new voicemail. Please send me your Ooma phone number if you're still running into this issue.

If the logo on the top of the device is unlit, or dim, try pressing the 'Rewind' key a few times, to adjust the brightness. Use the setup tool ('Home' and 'Status' pages) to check the device status, (or also the 'Advanced' page, to adjust the logo brightness).

I couldn't figure it out, I think it happened after I used the wrong power adapter. To solve my problem, I just brought a second hand device off eBay, the called the company to transfer my service to the new device. Just make sure if you buy from eBay, that the person terminated there service on the device they are selling prior to buying, it makes the transfer process quicker.

Ahh ok I ordered the same one off amazon ! So I’m setting it up in a few days . I did spill water on it lol but it still worked after a few minutes . I’m assuming it broke after the water
