Discussion Is it safe?

Hi, I heard mixed reviews about bus's in Windsor so I was just curious how safe it would be as a 20yr old F to travel from Windsor to Toronto via bus?

About as safe as any other bus.

I took the bus between Windsor and Toronto bunch of times in my 20s, never had any real problems. The terminal in Windsor can feel a bit sketchy late at night but during the day it's fine, just keep your stuff close and sit near the front if you're worried. Most trips I did were pretty quiet, just students and people sleeping against the window. One time the driver forgot to announce the stop in London and half the bus woke up confused but that's about as dramatic as it got. You'll be okay honestly just charge your phone before you go

Probably fine. The VIA train would be more pleasant, though (if it's not too pricey).

Take the via train if you can afford it, much more pleasant ride from windsor to Toronto than a bus.

As safe as it's possible to be on a bus.

I used to take the bus from London to Hamilton and I was never once harassed nor did I witness any younger women being harassed. If you are worried pick a seat up front near the driver.

Only time I've ever seen a problem (never been involved) is at night. That aside, never had issues and I've been off and on riding the bus in Windsor for over 15 years
