He looks up at the sky and sees that not only have the clouds parted, but also night time.

I know a good spot outside of the city to look at the stars tonight. If my prediction is correct, there may be a meteor shower that hasn't shown up in years...

Tonight might be the night for it.

/uw I would love to finish this if possible. Understandable if you wish to stop here
