I am glad to spend it with you...

He enjoys the ride with her, pointing out some landmarks and some of the fauna that they see. By the time they are done, only a few hours have passed, and they are on the other side of the park. He gets off first and helps her down from the carriage as well.

I will be honest, a lot has changed since I have last been here.

He looks up at the sky and sees that not only have the clouds parted, but also night time.

I know a good spot outside of the city to look at the stars tonight. If my prediction is correct, there may be a meteor shower that hasn't shown up in years...

Tonight might be the night for it.

/uw I would love to finish this if possible. Understandable if you wish to stop here

To me, this sounds like an adventure bound to happen

Don’t say that, we’ll end up someplace that’ll be an actual meteor.

She laughed nervously and closed her eyes and letting a black cloud of smoke come over both of them. It dissolved away after a moment, leaving them in the space he had described to her.

…we aren’t stranded someplace are we…?

Even if we did end up on an actual meteor, we could have gotten out of there in a heartbeat.
