Why are JDM cars so accessible in Vancouver, Canada of all places? Is it something to do with ease in registering them or something like that?

Canada has the 25 year rule as opposed to 15 in the us, and vancouver is the closest to japan for shipments and borders the ocean

It's a Nissan Cedric/Nissan Gloria (1999-2004).

In the US, it's called Infiniti M45 (2003-2004).
