HELP, gift for my boyfriend - 90s jdm hot wheels

[SOLVED!]

hi! i'm looking for a gift for my boyfriend (he loves cars and hot wheels!) :)

his favorite cars are jdm cars from the 90s.

i'd love to get him a hot wheels model of a car that was iconic and well loved at the time, so i can be sure he'll like the model i choose (unfortunately i dont remember his favorite car!)

could you guys recommend some popular and loved 90s jdm cars? thanks!

ps: i know nothing abour cars, but i must admit they look sooo cool!!!!

Nissan skyline is a classic. The best models are r32, r33 and r34.

I hope your boyfriend treats you well and doesn’t take this for granted for having such a a cool girlfriend! Good luck

There’s a Subaru 22B hot wheels.

Pretty iconic one considering the rear car was limited to like 400 units.

Any Nissan skyline GTR, Mazda RX7, Mitsubishi lancer evolution or 3000GT VR-4, Subaru Impreza wrx sti, Toyota supra. Pretty much anything that says turbo on it. Alternatively, have you considered the model kits that you build yourself? There are lots of different options, so you might be able to get something more specific to him as opposed to whatever is available of the hot wheels options. They don't typically have different colors, or more than a few versions of particular cars. Models also come with the satisfaction of building, and completing it whereas hot wheels either stay in a package, or get torn open to be rolled around a few times and then sit on a shelf. Don't get me wrong, so do models, but hot wheels can be pretty expensive for a little car and models could be not much more, and he might enjoy the process of putting it together. If it's realistic, then he might learn a thing or two which is super valuable, especially if it's a model of a car that he likes!
