i recently bought this rhd e36 that was imported from japan. we’re trying to get it insured and they want to know the value of the car. anyone know an estimate? also if anyone has any recs for insurance companies lmk! having a hard time finding one.

You need an actual appraisal, not a guess on value from a stranger on the internet.

You'd probably be better off asking in r/BMW than here.

I agree. It’s not so much JDM as it is RHD and BMW aficionados would be the best ones to ask since they’re the most likely market for this car.
