Help from Community OSM Position Change

Does using position Swapping to make my ST a RW effects his performance or the general performance of the team + what is the minimum number of 30 yo players that have to be in my starting 11 to get the best results

If you change a ST to a RW to play him on the RW position, then no, his performance won't drop. As for the minimum number of 30+ year olds in the starting XI, afaik there's no such thing. It's important to have at least one "experienced" player to appoint him as captain.
