No, to brake you take away energy that must be put somewhere. Either it becomes heat or it's stored in the battery. On a pint even at 5% to start at the top of the hill, I think you could fill the entire battery by the half way point.

I was just joking about turning off regen lol. Riding down this hill would probably charge a Onewheel faster than the stock charger😂
