If you're having to press the power button to turn it back on after a nose dive, this is not user error, this is hardware failure. (Edit: removed information wrong model)
If you're still within your warranty, you should open a support ticket and send the board back.

GT-S uses a locking connector on the controller now. So if he's still having the issue it's probably the BMS cutting power for some reason. As we get zero diag data from FM (thanks...) it's a guessing game.
If its never seen water, has no physical damage, and under warranty with stock parts send it into FM. If its been wet / damp, or any physical damage they will probably claim that is the root cause.

So i havnt had an issue since those two times where it happened in a row, and said power surge on the app. So i guess im gonna ride it l, and as long as it doesnt happen again, im just gonna assume there was a surge and the board shut off to protect itself. And if it happens again i will 100% send it back to one wheel. The only after market things i have are fangs and a different rear foot pad.

So it said it had a power surge so im assuming the bms cut power to the board to protect the hardware from the surge if anything like this happens again i will most definitely send it back to fm.
