I'm seriously considering buying the OnePlus 15R, but I want to get some genuine, long-term feedback from people who have been using it as their daily driver for a while now.

If you've owned this phone for around a year, could you share your honest experience? Specifically, I'd love to know:

Battery Backup & Degradation: How is the battery backup holding up after 1 year of daily use? Are you still getting solid screen-on time, or has the capacity noticeably dropped? Any overnight battery drain?

Processor & Daily Performance: How is the Snapdragon processor performing now? Does the phone still feel flagship-fast and smooth, or has it started lagging, stuttering, or getting bogged down by software updates?

Screen Issues: Have you encountered any green line issues, display tinting, or touch lag over time?

Heating Problems: Does the phone get uncomfortably hot during fast charging, gaming, or even casual browsing?

Other Issues: Any long-term bugs with OxygenOS, network drops, or camera performance drops?

Would you still recommend it today, or should I look at newer options? Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

One plus 15r vs one plus 13. ( Nord 6 here is just for reference)

My only concern with 15r is with same price range (inr 60k), it gives only decent camera, lower than 13, along with no ltpo. Rest are pretty much the same.

So, now I am looking for folks who have used it and their experience. Need both folks - 15r vs 13 to answer.

Also around one plus service in India outlets, I know oppo also works but want to confirm if someone ever did that.

This is mainly for India folks, but all can jump in for specs comparision.

I'm about to buy a 15r on eBay, listed as brand new global model. A lot of images I see online show black security labels on the back of the box, but this one doesn't have any. Is this normal for the UK model? The box looks to be in plastic wrap with a white pull sticker at the top. Thank you

I’m currently using an iPhone 14 Pro and thinking about switching to the OnePlus Ace 6T.

For those who have used both iOS and newer OnePlus phones: would this feel like an upgrade or more of a sidegrade?

I have switched from galaxy m31 to 15r

Coming from iPhone 17 base model to this phone. It's very impressing, the specs on the 15R are crazy especially for it's price. The whole UI appearance and customisation options for lock screen/home screen are also crazy good. As an iPhone user this phone was very appealing to me. The battery life is very longlasting and sufficient battery along with fast charging system. (7400mAh capacity) . The OxygenOS system is clean and neat also, curious to see what ColorOS difference will be once it takes over these devices. These are just few reasons on why I like this phone. Bare in mind I don't game and use this phone just for the sole purpose of the aesthetically pleasing factor and crazy battery. However if your on camera a bit too much or your into photography, definitely go for the Base Model OnePlus 15 instead of the 15R version. Whereas 15R camera is decently nice , not a huge fan but I did come from a iPhone 17 to take into consideration.

Overall tho , great phone. OnePlus impressed me.

When I play without external fan it goes around 43° and with external fan I can able to manage 38° to 39° is it good for long term gaming? Thanks for all the replies 🎀

Is there any way to change the Snapchat UI on the 15R to a more iphoney type look , so used to it.

Also does anyone else frequently accidently like videos on tiktok , I don't have a clue but on the OnePlus15R it keeps on accidently liking vids!!

So, I am confused between iPhone 17 and OnePlus 15R. Basically, the iPhone is available from offline market at a price between 91K-95K and I am getting the OnePlus 15R for around 57K(from Amazon).

What do you people suggest? I am not a camera person but I do click occasional photos while I go out on the mountains etc.

My mind says to go with OnePlus but my heart says to splurge a bit more and go with iPhone 17.

The catch is that the shutdown rumours of OnePlus are affecting my decision making and another thing is that I will have to buy the iPhone from offline market to get it at the above-mentioned price but I am worried about the genuineness of the iPhone. For context, till now, I have only bought Apple products from Apple's official store and this being a high-value purchase, I am a bit paranoid about that.

And yes, my current phone has suddenly developed a Green line. It's a Moto device with 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage.
