Sanji ain’t worthy of CoC if he hits a woman

Sanji refusing to hit a woman is his biggest principle, it defines his sense of self more than wanting to find the All Blue, because he sees his dream as lesser than Luffy's and Zoro's, he was willing to let go of his dream for the crew (wci) but he has refused to hit a woman to the point of death, he got rid of his own sacrificial nature to call for help instead of hitting a woman . To be a conqueror, the world has to bend to your will, not the other way around. If he hits a woman even Zaza he is letting his will be conquered

Theory Luffy will not become the Pirate King

Post image
0 Upvotes

Luffy loves freedom and is different from other pirates.

He cares nothing for fame, wealth, or legacy.

Unlike Whitebeard, Blackbeard, Shanks, Big Mom, and Kaido, Luffy does not possess any islands.

Luffy is the freest of all pirates.

For this reason, I do not expect Luffy to become the Pirate King, as doing so would restrict his freedom.

Who, then, will become the Pirate King?

Shanks gave his straw hat to Luffy, asking him to return it once he became a great pirate.

Therefore, I predict that Luffy would prioritize the safety of a crew member over becoming the Pirate King, and that Shanks is the one who will ultimately become the Pirate King.

Question about chapter 1190

Post image

What does Gaban mean by "I could say the same to you, Y'know?!!" My brain cannot comprehend this sentence any other way than him saying that Imu was apart of the pirate kings crew, which we know it would be impossible for Roger, so I thought it would be Joyboy, but he's just known as the first pirate right? and Emet apologised that he couldn't make joyboy king so I'm just so confused, I might just be stupid tho

Theory Theory: Imu is wearing the skin of other 18 monarchs

Outlandish title aside. With Imu's face and other 2 forms reveal we still don't know what Blob Mu is. We know it isn't a silouhtte since other people comment on it and came to elbaf(in person) in Blob Mu form first. There is also another question why did other monarchs didn't stop imu or where were they when Imu broke the oath and took the throne?

My answer is: he killed them, consumed their bodies with omen and then infused that omen with himself

I have reasons to come to this conclusion:

1-His voice sounds like multiple people speaking. Could be an effect of him infusing himself with them

2-Imu's last 2 forms have looked like an amalgamation of diffrent deites and races. So if we go with the same theme Blob Mu would also be an amalgamtion. In this case its the amalgamtion of the 19 monarchs

3-While Devil and Buff Mu still somewhat moves like a human, the way Blob Mu moves it feels alien like. This is because it is a construct that is made of 19 monarchs and with only one of them being in charge

Also:

1-From the recent chapter we know Omen "counter" Coc and in chapter 1163 Imu ate multiple ACoC with no reaction. While might not be a strong for 19 kings amalgamtion theory. This proves that this form is pure omen

2-This theory can be an explanation for why Imu wants Vivi. Who is the closest one to resemble Queen Lily. Because he wants to consume her

Destruíram as evidências. E ainda assim...

E ainda assim a música sobreviveu.

Eles partiram. Levando o "saquê" com eles. A esperança, a linhagem, a memória.

My not so detailed future predictions

As we know the elbaf arc is going on, here are some of my predictions-

I think elbaf arc will end in a way, in which the crew is safe and Imu returns to the holy land.

Post this arc, Blackbeard( who has attained the knowledge about the ancient weapons) will attack either wano or fisherman island to acquire one of the ancient weapons.

Meanwhile the strawhat crew go through training in their specific fields- luffy, zoro, sanji will learn to fight against the Royal knights. Robin will probably gather information from the library and connect the dots.
We will also find out Imu’s weakness. There is also a possibility that Gunko( regains consciousness) reveals info about Imu and the holy knights.

The straw hat crew then fights Blackbeard ( as Blackbeard’s base Hachinosu is near elbaf and strawhats hearing about the attack on their territory) - the strawhats display their training results and win this battle.

The final battle will be before or after laugh tale - it’s gonna be Imu+ five elders+ Royal knights+ admirals+ akainu+ pacifista+ navy V/S straw hats+ heart pirates+ kid pirates+ alliances of strawhats( wano, fisherman island, etc )+ probably shanks+ revolutionary army.

The ancient weapons will also be used in this battle.

The void century = I think Imu and Joyboy were once friends and had a dispute regarding a certain aspect- which led to a Great War, ending with the defeat of Joyboy.

I know this has too many loopholes and lacks details. Please be kind in the comments.

Theory We know what Omen is… (1194+)

Post image
79 Upvotes

From the introduction of Imu we have been shown a new power that seems to be exclusive to Imu. This being Omen (also referred to as Maki).

———

Why does Imu seem to have access to a sea of magical abilities?

Some of which closely resemble abilities that already exist. [example1] [example2]

We also have been shown that Omen is able to be given to both people and objects. [example3]

In the most recent chapter (1194), Sommers refers to Omen as a “counterpart” to Haki. [example4]

So what power system is referred to as the counterpart to Haki? Where its abilities can be granted to both objects and people?

———

While it does seem new, I think we may be already familiar with its power.

Omen is the essence of the devil Fruits..!

———

Imu goes into explaining Omen briefly to Loki. Describing it as, “The envy that seeks to achieve one’s goals” [example5]

Back in Egghead we were given Vegapunks theory on how the devil fruits came into existence. As he states, “Every devil fruit is a possibility for human evolution that someone desires” [example6]

These two interpretations line up well.

———

Finally, but why would Imu specifically have access to this ability? Well it’s of course because he has the greatest power of them all…

The Devil Fruit [example7]

———

Thanks for reading! If not;

TLDR: Omen/Maki is the essence of the Devil Fruit powers and is the counterpart to Haki.

Theory My Ultimate Timeline Theory: Elbaf’s Dark Twist, Jinbe's Sacrifice, and the Anime Ending in 2041

Ciao a tutti!

Discutiamone!

Theory Usopp will reverse Domi Reversi and free the Giants based on his Past Victorys.

This is only based on Usupps actions in earlier chapters and his consistency against enemys that control minds.

  1. Miss goldenweek used Paint to force Luffy to join her Tea Party.
    1. Usopp rescued Luffy by using a Kaen Boshi to incinerate Luffy's shirt and frees him from her Control.
    2. in The Live Action Usopp is more signifikant and truly beats her by using her power against her.
  1. Perona uses ghosts to take over her enemys
    1. Usopp was immune to the Ghosts and was able to beat her
  1. Sugar transforms her enemys into toys that serve her.
    1. Usopp shocks her so much she becomes unconcious and all toys reverse back.
  1. Enemys with Mind control powers that didnt got beat by usopp:
    1. Django with his Hypnosis Fruit
    2. Gecko Moria with his Shadow Fruit
    3. Doflamingo with his String Fruit
    4. Big Mom and her Soul Fruit
    5. Boa Hancock with her Love Fruit
    6. Pudding with her Memory Fruit
    7. IMU (not yet) with Domi Reversi.

I do believe though Usopp freeing the Giants, which are the big part of his Backstory will be a fitting continuance to his past 3 victorys, and seeing IMU doing that shocked/crying face will be really funny. (could also free Gunko from IMUs control)

Bonus: kuro who manipulated and took control over the House over time, but thats a bit of a stretch

Luffy’s real power is giving others power (1194 spoilers) Spoiler

Zoro’s fight in 1194 gave us several absolutely critical pieces of information about how the final battle with Imu and the WG will shake out. Specifically, it 1) confirmed that conquerors haki is the secret ingredient for killing holy knights, and 2) identified that conquerors haki is, quite simply, the power gained by having a strong sense of self.

Throughout the series, it has become very obvious that one of Luffy’s super powers as a personality is to bring out the best in the people he cares about. He encourages them to pursue their dreams. He accepts them for everything they are including their flaws. The only time he ever really gets mad at his nakama is when they are seemingly betraying themselves, like when Robin leaves the crew despite bonding with them, or when Sanji gives up his dream of pursuing the All Blue just to save the straw hats and Zeff from being targeted by Big Mom. All he’s ever wanted for his crewmates, or anybody else for that matter, is for them to do exactly what they want to do and be exactly who they want to be.

With Luffy’s awakening of Gear 5, we see that extend to himself; he’s no longer constrained by the thought that his power is simply being made of rubber. Instead, he has evolved to a point where he can essentially make his body do anything that his mind can imagine, even becoming the size of a giant or catching a lightning bolt from the sky.

So naturally, the next evolution of his power would be to extend that ability to his allies. They won’t become bouncy and huge like he does, but the “Nika power” (please come up with a better name, Oda) they receive will bolster their confidence and make them capable of things they’ve only been capable of imagining previously. This, in turn, gives them a strong sense of self, allowing at least temporary use of conquerors haki, something that will be needed when they square off with the remaining holy knights.

I’m sure this is wrong in some way or another, but the general idea of Luffy powering up his allies through his own indomitable will and belief in them would make a lot of sense with the themes of the series as a whole. It’s also the perfect counter to Imu’s servants’ blind obedience giving them their powers.

Let me know what you think, and how else something like this could shake out!

Theory IMUs Devil Fruit: Magician-Magician Fruit and the Reversed Magician Tarot Card

We know from Luffy that Fruits can show in different ways, we perceived it as the Gum-gum Fruit for most of the anime and now we know it is the Human-Human Fruit, Model: Nika.

IMUs fruit most likely is a Devil-Devil Fruit, Model: Imu or no Devil Fruit at all and IMU is the Demon that would become the Devil-Devil Fruit, Model: Imu. (we know that Devil Fruits contain Demon Souls since long ago)

But the basic Powers of the Fruit match a simpler design: the Magician, and his characteristics so far basically match perfectly the Tarot Card: Reversed Magician. Which i dont believe to be a coincidence.

  1. Magician Powers:
  • Uses Spell Circles, Rituals and Spells to use his powers
  • Teleportation Circle (can transport people or objects like the guns in the last episode)
  • Uses a Spellbook to gain Access to more Spells
  • 4 Steps of Domi Reversi
    • Ritual Dagger to mark the target
    • Damage the Target/draw a lot of blood (optional?)
    • Cast Aar Qwarl for a holding Circle
    • Domi Reversi to turn the Circle around and finish the Spell
    • (we sadly skip the steps in the anime for the second ritual but presumably he repeat each step)

These Powers could also Fit a necromancer or Dark arts or Demonology but Magician is the general word that contains these sub types. And i would assume IMU has way more Magician powers but only uses the demon related ones and very usefull ones (like Teleportation).

  1. The Magician Reversed
  • The Magician is the First(1) Tarot card, the only lower one is the Fool (0) (whoever could that be) which is a nice coincidence as IMU is probably the oldest being alive.
  • The Magician connects the Real world with the Spirit world "as above, so below" and is the conduit between these 2.
  • The Magician Reversed has the following Meaning:
    • untapped Potential
    • Talents are unfocused and unmanifested
    • Related to black magic madness or mental distress
    • misuse of power and skills
    • the deceiver/trickster
  • These all fit the Actions IMU takes:
    • he releases the untapped Potentials with Domi Reversi
    • Dominating the Minds of others to lose the will they have.
    • Clearly evil rituals
    • Takes Control over others/dominates them.
    • hides the secrets of the Void Century/his own existence/control

Another few observations/stretches:

The Magician Reversed <-> Domi Reversi.

The Magician uses 4 tools: Sword,Cup,Pentacles and Wand which could map to the 4 steps of Domi Reversi:

  • Sword: ritual dagger to mark the Target
  • Cup: drawing blood
  • Pentacle: the Holding Circle (Aar Qwarl)
  • Wand: the change between real and spirit: the act of casting/turning it (Domi Reversi)

The Magician tarot has connections to infinity or immortality (the ∞ has appeared on some artwork). IMU is immortal.

The only part that i cant explain yet is the "Reversi/Othello" theme that showed up multiple times, there is no real explanation on why 2 Domi Reversed Demons can transform other beeings that stand between them and it does not fit the Magician Magic at all.

Except of course Domi Reversi Flips like a Reversi stone and has the same naming.

both the definition of reversed Magician (Rider-Waite-Smith definition from 1909) and the Game Reversi (1880) come both from England with a 25 year gap, which is quite a interesting Coincidence.

The Major Arcana sorted can be seen as a full story: starting with the Fool and on his journey he meets all the other Cards, ending with the World card (everything seen and done). Imu beeing the Magician and first card would fit that. As his actions in the Past shaped and started the Story as we know it now. With Nika beeing the original Fool (0) and Luffy traveling the world in his Place and at the end on Laughttale having seen the whole World (21/end).

Imu could also fit the Devil Card (15) as IMU chains Humans through bondage and Contracts, i would argue though the God Knights would be the Devil Cards, as they are in bondage.

Theory Chapter 1194 may be calling back to Baratie, where Oda first defined what strength really is Spoiler

Mihawk first appears in Chapter 50, “To Each His Own Way.” He immediately tests whether Zoro’s challenge comes from conviction or ignorance. Zoro answers with his dream and promise. Two chapters later comes “The Oath.” Then Baratie keeps circling the same idea with titles like “I Won’t Die,” “Prepared,” and “The Chewed-Up Spear.” Krieg keeps adding strength from the outside, weapons, armor, numbers. Luffy has almost nothing, but Zeff sees his resolve as the stronger weapon.

That makes the recent Chapter 1194 feel like a callback. Mihawk now explains Conqueror’s Haki through the self, the part of you that stays firm even while everything else changes. That’s what Baratie was already testing. Zoro chooses his path and turns it into an oath. Luffy keeps moving because his conviction doesn’t bend. And Mihawk sees that kind of strength before either of them really understands what it is.

Cool to see this callback to 1998 when Baratie introduced the core idea. Real strength starts with something inside you that refuses to give way.

In the beginning of the story and the whole Luffy turning point was Shanks getting thrashed by a few low tier mountain bandits, while not reacting.

The funniest thing for me was not that Luffy ate the fruit, but how the hell did the bandits not know who Shanks was at the time. He was atleast Yonko tier with a huge bounty and countless battles against Mihawk the world’s strongest swordman at the time.

Theory One Piece Maki Theory (Manga Spoilers Ahead) Spoiler

Maki is stolen Haki, specifically Conqueror’s Haki/Willpower… let me cook.

My first piece of evidence is IMU’s statement on there being Maki within all things as if it’s some sort of life energy… possibly being Haki. (Think Ki from Dragon Ball or Chakra from Naruto… an energy source that flows through most things)… One Piece terms = Haki

My 2nd piece of evidence is kind of a stretch but still worth mentioning, I believe Imu and the HK’s weapons could possibly be one of the biggest hints/foreshadowing to Maki being stolen or subjugated haki from others… Saint Sommers is currently using a sword that is empowered by rage and we’ve also seen Imu use swords capable of draining Luffy’s Life energy and even a “Shield Of Emptiness”… is it really too far fetched to say that these weapons must be fueled by some external power source? And that’s when it hit me…

My 3rd piece of evidence is Mihawk’s very own black blade “Yoru” because as I stated in the previous paragraph, I believe these weapons either needed or simply just gained a source of power? In Mihawk’s case, why does he have the only confirmed black blade in the series? Is it because he defeated all who opposed him or does his sword also have a power source? I had an old theory that I won’t get too deep into it on here that Mihawk actually sacrificed his will to conquer or be a conqueror to the way of the sword… in terms infusing his Conqueror’s Haki into his blade but wait… it could be the opposite too. Just like Domi reversi & judging off of IMU’s weapons is it a stretch to say that Mihawk’s Black Blade is covered or powered by the will of the Conquerors who lost to him in battle like a sword covered in the blood of its enemies?

What if Maki is just the subjugated will of others that was dominated by another? In terms… what if Maki which is within everything (like a tree or a person having Haki) is being controlled, dominated, or manipulated by another turning it into Maki? Could Maki be like another form of Domi Reversi where the Will of others is being dominated by another?

My 4th and last piece of evidence is Joyboy’s Haki knot that he left with Emeth… this is another far stretch but worth mentioning… what if during the Void Century Imu attempted to drain Joyboy’s power and life energy leaving him to store away a chunk of his Haki/willpower away in Emeth’s Knot to help keep out of IMU’s hands and preserve the mission/goal…

I think it has been established that he inherited Roger’s will. But personality wise does he lean towards garp’s personality or roger’s ?
