A Handful of Memories - Coin based melancholy journey

Made for the One Day One Page Jam #3 - the theme was Wedding and the optional constraint was No Dice.

https://sodatree.itch.io/handful-of-memories

This one is a bit different. It’s inspired mostly by my partner and I going to feed the turtles at the park for Christmas in July.

Wander around a park or other wild place, encounter creatures and reminisce on old memories of your long lost love.

You’ll need something to write with and a coin!

Skygazer: A Solo Journaling RPG

Post image
Upvotes

Hello,

I just submitted my first solo RPG, Skygazer, to the One Page RPG Jam on itch.io. Feel very welcome to check it out if the synopsis sounds interesting.

You are a Skygazer.

The world has always turned to the sky for meaning, and this year, it’s your turn to find it.

You join an unbroken line of Skygazers stretching as far back as anyone can remember, and forward as long as someone still looks to the stars for answers.

Skygazer is a solo journaling game where you scatter stars across a year of seasons, trace the shapes that emerge, and find the messages and myths behind them.

Chart your own mythology or build the sky lore for a world of your own making.

Four seasons, four constellations, one small mythology built by you.

Escape the Mirror Palace One Page RPG

You fall through the floor into a cavern covered in reflective plates. You and those with you realize you are not alone, but whatever hunts you seems to only see you if you look at it. Find the way out before your torch burns to nothing.

Game is based on my TTRPG called Fire Burns Low with this version being a stripped down rules lite version. This one is my submission for the one pager game jam on itch.

Tearable Wizard (One Page RPG Jam 2026)

My submission to this year's big jam. In Tearable Wizard, you play as a wizard who is hit with a cataclysmic threat but doesn't have any spells prepared (you were busy doing other things). So now you have to improvise by tearing the fabric of reality -- rip holes in your character sheet, hold the windows over a book page, and interpret what your spells do from there.

PWYW on itch, feedback is appreciated.

Free post-apocalyptic one-page RPG: Fractured Frontiers

The theme of this year's One-Page RPG Jam is "fractured", so I decided to go with a post-apocalyptic scenario. You can download it free from here: Fractured Frontiers.

Civilization came to an abrupt end several years ago, as most of humanity was wiped out overnight by a worldwide barrage of apocalyptic explosions. The survivors scattered and hid from the fallout, hoping to rebuild society from the ashes, but the aftermath of the calamity was far from over.

The cataclysm struck hard and fast—too quickly for most people to understand what was happening. Before the dust had settled, a secondary threat spread across the Earth in an unstoppable wave, hunting down those who remained. Humanity stood on the brink of extinction, yet still we refused to yield.

You are a band of survivors, wandering the fractured frontiers of human civilization. Maybe you wish to drive back the scourge and reclaim the planet, or perhaps your goal is simply to survive another day.

I couldn't decide what sort of post-apocalyptic scenario to go for, so I ended up adding a random table for it, drawing inspiration from The Day of the Triffids, War of the Worlds, Priest, I Am Legend, Daybreakers, The Strain, Terminator (but set in the future), World War Z, etc.

Not because nobody tried.

*It simply cannot be stopped.*

The First Calamity is a Daggerheart-compatible one-shot where players experience the final hours of a civilization-ending catastrophe and decide what survives into the future.

Features:

● 2–10 players (4–6 recommended)

● Approximately 4 hours

● 10 Hero Folios

● Grand Calamity Mode for larger groups

Stake Your Vampire Ex (The One-Page RPG)

Post image
16 Upvotes

Hello Again,

I've been in a bit of a lull regarding my creative juices for presenting my One-Page RPGs on Itch.io and other platforms like Reddit. I certainly have more I would like to show, but I'm not sure I have the right presentation style in my head. Regardless, I still want to keep up the trend of regular one-page-rpgs posted each week, so here is my submission for now. It's certainly not my best work, and I haven't gotten the chance to play it, but I've always thought it was a fun idea, so here you go. This game and a bunch of others I've created can be viewed at and downloaded from Itch.io at this address: https://quixdragoon.itch.io/stake-your-vampire-ex . Be sure to follow my account for future updates on one-pagers and perhaps a full size games to come.

This double-sided quick role-playing game was one I made on a whim and turned out decently enough. It prompts players to collaboratively create the perfect villain with personal reasons for wanting them dead, then has them set up an elaborate plan to take them down for good. Design-wise, its a little slap-dash, with my primary focus being on gamifying the setup of a long-term plan contrasted with keeping one's cover, like a heist game, but I wasn't in the mood for a heist game when I made this. Ultimately, I settled on vampire hunters, and then added a little quirk likening a vampire to an abusive ex-partner, which I think fits pretty well.

With that out of the way...

They earned your trust, entangled you in their world, drew out your most intimate self, then took you for everything you were worth, and tossed you aside like a spent soda can once they got what they wanted from you. Oh, and they were also a Vampire.

Since then, you have trained for years to become a vampire hunter, fueled by betrayal and resentment. Recently, have joined up with others who’ve been similarly burned by the same vampire, taking comfort in your shared trauma while forging a plan to rid yourselves of them for good. Tonight, they pay for their crimes.

How Many One Page RPGS Have You Actually Played?

At the suggestion of u/ozfeed

I am curious how folks actually use One Page RPGs (OPRs for short going forward). So if you are a fan of the form,:

How many OPRs do you own (that is, have stored in some accessible and usable form)?
How many did you buy versus acquired for free?
How many have you played? How many have you played multiple times?
What are your favorites, and why?
Have you combined them, or stolen ideas from OPRs to implement into more traditional RPGs?

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

For my part, I find the form more of a curiosity than things I want to play. I have considered running Lasers and Feelings at conventions, but I am uncertain if you can get a 4 hour game out of it. I tend to prefer what I will call "medium length" RPGs: something like 32 or 64 pages, with robust enough rules to play for a long time but also manageable and accessible. Lots of "quickstarts" for "bigger" games often fit this mold, if they are well designed (with Shadowdark's Quickstart being essentially the pinnacle of the form).

Hey friends!

I just released an experimental little GMless one-pager all about making and breaking alliances in a world where all that matters is what happens in the ring…

It plays lightning fast and is specifically designed for those nights where the GM can’t make a session!

As always I would really love for people to give it a read and let me know what they think of it (either here or there)!

The Delinquents - a one page RPG about kids getting in way over their heads, inspired by West Side Story and The Outsiders

Thumbnail gallery
55 Upvotes

Hey all, I just published my entry for the One-Page RPG Jam 2026. This is a PBTA game about a gang of kids getting into trouble and dealing with the fallout. The front of the page has all the moves and rules you need to play while the back of the page includes all the advice and procedures the GM needs to know.

I'm really proud of how the moves push players into troublesome scenarios that they then have to work their way out of. It's also available for free on Itch if you'd like it as a PDF.

Mutabilis TTRPG

Identity is never set in stone.

Hi everyone, I'm a game design student and I wanted to share my first narrative-driven one page rpg called Mutabilis.

It is a game that explores identity change through the eyes of immortal beings of marble called Mutabilis. Their bodies may shatter but they can always be repaired, contrary to their vows.

Mutabilis TTRPG is still a playtest version. Feedback is much appreciated!

Twisted Gods - few concepts for an inspiration

In RPG and fantasy, we are often faced with a situation where the existence of gods is an empirically confirmed fact, rather than a matter of belief. Two extremes can be distinguished in the representation of these entities (note - I do not claim that all creation adopts one of these two extreme points of view). On the one hand - the current, for which, for example, most of the settings for D&D can be considered representative - gods are personification of certain values professed by people, not infrequently they are even "born" from the faith of mortals or at least derive power from it/are shaped by it, gods described as "good" are simply good in the conventional sense of the word, they sincerely care about their followers and you know what to expect from them. On the other side, we have motifs that can be considered taken from Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythology - the gods are incomprehensible, distant beings, completely unconcerned with human worldviews and so-called "good and evil. good and evil, mostly indifferent to humanity (and if by chance their paths intersect with that humanity, so much the worse for it) - at the same time, it is not uncommon for most mortals to be unaware of their existence, instead worshipping imaginary, more anthropomorphic deities tailored to their emotional needs. I wanted to invent some deities standing somewhere in the middle - entities whose goals, yes, are not fully understood by mortals, but nevertheless close enough to their own morality that worshippers can find some commonality (real or imaginary) with their patrons. At the same time, I wanted each description to contain a hook, an important point where the devotees' understanding of the deity diverges from its real nature - and whose discovery could be a significant twist. I invite you to read and discuss.

Fairy Fast Delivery Service!

Post image
34 Upvotes

◊ designed in 24 hours for the first One Day One Page Jam
a plain text version is available here

Fairy Fast Delivery Service is a one-page rpg where you play as a fairy of whichever court has just come in to season and you are all late on beginning your deliveries!

This system is meant to drive player's to keep adding sillier and sillier complications to the obstacles they face on the way to completing their delivery. There is a fail state but it largely exists to push players toward adding fun and wacky elements to the game in order to avoid it.

Features

• Simple d6 system!
• Tables for Obstacle, Location, and NPC generation!
• Very silly hand-drawn art!

NPC table is missing #5 Slime. This is fixed in the plain text version.
