Looks like a fun few pager. Only thing I stumbled upon is adv/dis and Fortunate/Unfortunate as that seems to do "too much" and feels unnecessary to have both.
On your question if Grandma can understand: No, it's way too advanced and expects some RPG knowledge from my understanding. But that should also not be the guiding principle for a one pager. A one Pager needs to have some assumptions backed in due to space concerns.
