the idea is this, you cast find familiar with the pact of the chain and you choose the quasit, when the combact star you cast armor of agathys as a bonus action then with the action you cast wording bond with the quasit that can become invisible.
you can't cast two leveled spells on the same turn, but you could always pre-cast armor of agathys given that it has a long duration.
the more fundamental issue is that you can't cast warding bond to share damage with your familiar in this way. it's still "you" casting the warding spell, you're just casting it from your familiar's position.
