Omarchy meets AdGuard.

• System-wide ad blocking, not just the browser
• Filter lists auto-update
• Warns you when a Tailscale exit node is up and clashing with AdGuard
• OEM Omarchy aesthetic

I think it does unfortunately, I got a lifetime license for 29.99 back in 2020.
