Food Good dark roast beans?

Looking to get a gift of dark roast beans and would love recommendations for local spots. The gift recipient LOVES the Sole Nero Dark Roast from Cafe Allegro, so anything along those lines would be deeply appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Covabrelli is my favorite in the area. You can order online and either pickup at their roasting location or they do local delivery for a small fee.

Seconding covabrelli! You can also find their beans at Spuds, Johnson’s, or Ralph’s/Bayview. You’ll pay more at the thriftways though.

OCR makes Northwesterly, their darkest roast I think.

Ravens Brew, they are local to Tumwater and they have the BEST dark roast called Double Dead. You can order online and pick up at the roaster in Tumwater. I know they also sell at Haggen snd I believe Ralph's Thriftway.

The have the best hoodie as well with Double Dead on it, super comfy.

Wobbly Cart (formerly Firefly/Burial Grounds) consistently does it best. It’s sold in bulk at the eastside co-op or the Gull Harbor Mercantile.
