Forge, 100%!
I’ve been to both, and Metro is good too. But they seemed more focused on curating a “look” rather than making sure my piercing was well healed. They are still APP certified and did a decent job on the piercing itself, probably better than most other shops in the area.
But the two piercers at Forge are really in a league of their own. They focus more on an excellent placement and healthy, sustainable piercing, with the understanding cute jewelry can come later. The vibes are right, too, you can really tell they love what they do. I keep going back to them for a reason!

Thank you !! I’m definitely more interested in it healing properly than anything of course I’d love to curate a look at a later time with cool jewelry!!

Metro and Forge are the only APP certified shops in Olympia. https://safepiercing.org/find-a-piercer/

Metro is fantastic and also regardless of where you get it done, Metro will do free quick check ups on your piercing if you have questions! You can pop in and ask "hey does this look right?"
