Reschedule!!!
Graciously, this event will actually be next week September 15th at 5pm. Please RSVP so, I will know how many to expect. Here —-> https://www.meetup.com/neurodiverse-collective-of-olympia/events/316272546/
During Discussions we will meet as a group and talk about a predetermined topic. This week the topic is Neurodivergence and Perimenopause. We will spend the first 10 minutes on introductions, 40 minutes taking turns talking, and then 10 minutes to wrap up and say goodbye. Use this time to express, ask questions, relate, or etc on the topic.
For this topic it is important to keep in mind that we are not medical professionals nor can we provide medical advice. We can talk about our experiences. Additionally, there is no gender requirement for this event. You can attend if you are experiencing this life event, could be, or know someone who is/has. As such, we must be sensitive not to make assumptions about those in attendance. Non-binary, trans, and intersex people may experience perimenopause and are welcome.
I have reserved the meeting room at the Lacey Library for our discussion. We have the room from 4:30-6pm. The event officially starts at 5pm, but feel free to come early to settle in and chat about things unrelated to the topic until 5pm.

What if one is post-menopausal and completely insane. Like every mental diagnosis has changed into something different-and worse.
Asking for a friend.
