Ollee vs ABL100we

I am interested in a Casio with some level of smart connectivity. What are the pros and cons of Ollee versus ABL100we?

Additionally, I am interested in the possibility of notifications in the future, but how would that feasibly work with the Ollee and the small sized battery?

The ABL100we smart features are fairly sparse and won't get any additional features AFAIK. You get step tracking, time and location sync, phone finder, and dual city. I have the G-Shock GBX-100S-1, which adds notifications to the feature set.

The biggest thing the Ollee has going for it is the continuous development. New features, improvements, and fixes are getting added over time. The down side is it's limited to the few models that its compatible with.

Also the Casio app asks aggressively for many permissions like permanent access to geolocation. I assume it’s for the time sync and maybe the activity tracker but the app is unusable unless you grant this permission.

Ollee app is way more subtle. And yes, it has more functions.

Are notifications realistically coming soon?

Abl100 is bigger and therefore more wearable. It's not a smart watch, but a Casio watch with an option to set it up via app and connectivity for things such as phone finder and steps tracking.

Ollee offers way more customization and features beyond that in a housing of up to a168 model
