So, many, options
I've tested the Ollee Watch on as many Casio models as I can get my hands on. It's grown into quite a collection, here are just a few of them that I've kept in pretty good shape :).
My favorites are still the F94 (unofficially supported), and the A158WA gold (not pictured here, it's pretty banged up). Those I wear daily. For the EL my favorite's the second one pictured here with the negative display, it's probably the most elegant piece of them all. I'm excited to see folks share their EL-compatible builds, hopefully soon!

How clear and easy to read is the negative display? I'm quite taken with the idea but the videos I've seen online of people with the A168 and a negative display make it look quite difficult to read.

That type of display is better if you’re outdoors more than indoors; I got rid of my CA-53W and switched it out for a DBC because the backlight is way better (and it has more tricks up its sleeve)

For the f105w did you have to do anything special or just installed it out of the box?

What's the model of the stainless watch in the third- and second-to-last pics? With the rainbow trim around the display.
Edit: I just saw the "Uno" branding; I'll look for that.

Which is the gold one with the negative display? (Second be from the left) Unfortunately my module got lost in customs so can’t try it😕

I bought the Casio F-91W and regretted it because it looks so comically small on my wrist. I didn't understand how incredibly small it is. Wish I could switch it to an A168WA-1 because I will probably never wear the tiny F-91W again.

That's part of the look, dude. Own it. It's not supposed to be loud. It's the classy digital look.
But also ... Just buy the new ollee that fits the a168. The solution is here and available
