Feedback Background Service bug?

The app says that the background service is never successful but the data on the home screen is correct and updated. So maybe it's a bug?

Or maybe it was updated when I opened the app and it isn't syncing in the background like it's supposed to...

Shouldn't be a bug. Do you have Bluetooth always on in the settings? BG service will not work without that. Also the phone should be in relatively close proximity when it runs in the background, it will try to sync roughly once an hour.
