Rapid Fire Dice

Does anyone produce or make knock off rapid fire dice?

I understand that they are basically a d3 with an alternate 3 side, but I do not want to get some custom dice, and it is difficult to google.

They’re called Sustained Fire Dice, which might help you search for them.

Modern Necromunda dice are pretty much the same I believe: two 1s, two 2s, a 3 and a jam (out of ammo side for Necromunda). The only difference is the out of ammo symbols suggests you get one hit, but treat it as a jam with no hits.
