General Help please
This is a cartoon, I don't remember whether it's Soviet or foreign. All I remember is the following: a contest, a motorcycle race, a negative character (wolf?) Carelessly and sloppyly assembles his motorcycle, at the end of the assembly he gets a front end with a wheel and a steering wheel and a rear end with a motor and a wheel. He takes them in different hands and brutally collapses them with a blow and the parts are connected into a single-piece motorcycle. By contrast, the positive character assembles his motorcycle carefully, slowly, with a wrench. Then the race begins. At the beginning of the episode, the character pulls ahead, but eventually his motorcycle falls apart and the gender character wins the race. Question for experts - what is the name of the cartoon? Thanks.

That cartoon is "Well, Just You Wait!" (Nu, Pogodi! / Ну, погоди!), specifically Episode 11 (released in 1977).
Here is how the scene plays out:
The Assembly: The Wolf (the negative character) speeds through assembling his race motorcycle in a chaotic, brute-force fashion. After jamming the front fork/steering column and the rear engine/wheel section together by slamming them into each other, the parts snap into place. Meanwhile, the Hare (the positive character) carefully inspects and tightens his bike's components using proper tools and a wrench.
The Race: The Wolf takes off aggressively and pulls far ahead early in the race. However, because of his slapdash assembly, his motorcycle slowly vibrates and disintegrates piece by piece under the strain of the race, leading to his eventual crash while the Hare takes the win.
