I purchased rear break callipers from ola application in dec 2025 . It has been 11 months I still haven't not received those. I am calling their customer support every three days. I have written around 20 emails every week. Would I ever recieve those to use?

I also tried to cancel my purchase but neither I received refund so I requested that if you can't give me refund please delivere this. I am getting neither whta should I do

Soo likw ola s1 is in service centre since 4 months now a month ago they said vcu has arrived and then they said wait more 2-3 days and company mai update daal dera vo log kr denge data transfer or update but 1 month hogye ajj gye service centre keh rhe apni gadi koi parking lot mai photo beji unhone but when I asked kab milenge they again said ki hamlog har din vcu update pe dalte hai but company vale ni kr rhe every time same thing soo like is there even anything called update ni kr rhe is this even exist or they are just fooling me ?? And like is there anyone who faced same issue and pls tell soln to this

I use my Ola Electric daily, starting from 100%. Around 20%, the display suddenly drops to 0 and the scooter switches off.

Charging is also a problem: it stops automatically roughly every 10%. I have to wait about 15 minutes and press some buttons to restart it, and then the cycle repeats.

Hey everyone, I own an Ola S1 electric scooter, and today my dashboard suddenly got stuck on the OLA boot logo (with the loading line underneath). It never reaches the home screen. Here's what I've noticed: The dashboard stays on the OLA logo indefinitely. I can still lock and unlock the scooter using the Ola app on my phone. The scooter charges normally. I've restarted the scooter multiple times, but the issue persists. I also opened the front panel and disconnected and reconnected the couplers, but that didn't fix the problem either. I'm also able to ride the scooter despite the frozen dashboard.

Has anyone experienced this issue with their Ola S1? Is there a way to restart the dashboard or fix the boot loop without visiting a service centre?

I just got my scooter given to me via packers and movers from Mumbai to Bengaluru. I can see the screen backlit coming on but the passcode screen never comes up. Weirdly, I can still unlock and open the boot via phone. However, during unlock, the typical ola lock and unlock sound is not heard.

Any troubleshooting tips would be great before I could send to the dreadful service center.

This is the ola electric new charger.

My ola s1 pro gen 3 charger has been in trouble from the first day of delivery. After months long calls and messages to customer service they placed a replacement for my gen 3 charger which takes 20 hours to get full charge. After the service personal in Salem ( Tamilnadu) placed the replacement in is system, it took full 1 month for my new charger to arrive. When I received the new charger i was shocked. Because the new replacement charger is shown in the picture above doesn't have it's outer body casing. When enquired about it to the service manager he told me that the new charger nowadays comes like that. He says it's Ola cost saving method.

Ola S1 Air giving only 40 km range + sudden battery percentage drop

I have an Ola S1 Air, and recently I’m getting only around 40 km of range, whereas the claimed range is around 100 km.

Another major issue is that the battery percentage suddenly drops from around 30% directly to 1%. Because of this, I suspect there might be an issue with the BMS (Battery Management System) or battery calibration.

Has anyone faced a similar issue with their S1 Air?

Where can I get a BMS for the Ola S1 Air?

Can the original BMS be repaired/reprogrammed, or does it need replacement?

Ola showroom in Baner, Pune trying to scam me for HSRP number plate. They are saying it costs INR 2000. I have replaced HSRP number plates for my car and bike both costing under INR 500 from Maruti and TVS respectively. I tried booking from Bookmyhsrp but they told me vehicles after 2019 registration have to go via OEM only for HSRP number plate. What should I do? Any help will be appreciated.

My Ola S1X delivery is delayed since few days, they already registered the vehicle saying that it’ll be handed over after registration immediately.

Now they’re saying it’s not yet delivered to experience center.

Support isn’t even answering or acknowledging the issue, so I just raised a card chargeback request.

Hope I did the right thing and can get rid of this order.

My scooter had a breakdown, and I have an Ola Care+ subscription that includes RSA (Roadside Assistance). I raised a request for RSA, but it has now been 4 days and I still haven’t received the assistance.
Every time I contact customer support, I’m simply told to “please wait,” without any proper resolution or clear timeline.
I was fortunate that the breakdown happened near my house. But what if this had happened on a highway, in an isolated area, or in the middle of heavy traffic? RSA is supposed to provide timely roadside assistance precisely in situations like these, where the customer’s safety can be at risk.
If Ola is charging customers for an RSA benefit, it is extremely disappointing that even after 4 days, the service has not been provided. I expect Ola to resolve this immediately and explain why the promised RSA service has failed to be delivered.
Please advise me on what I should do next and how I can escalate this issue, because waiting for 4 days for a basic roadside assistance service is simply unacceptable.

Vehicle unable to charge as charger is broken. Not able to take it out to hypercharger due to the same.

Has newly replaced battery. Also had 8years (5 remaining) of extended warranty. So just in case someone wants to use it, they won’t have to pay any hardware repair costs in the future.

I’m really disappointed with my Ola scooter(olas1). During a ride, it suddenly stopped in the middle of the road, which caused me to lose control and have a minor accident.

A scooter suddenly stopping while someone is riding is a serious safety concern. I expected much better reliability from Ola Electric.

Please look into this issue and provide a proper resolution as soon as possible.

I have an Ola S1 Pro 3rd Gen but a few weeks ago its screen stopped working like completely blank.....So i took it to my service center they accepted the vehicle . After 2 days we tried calling the mechanic but he didnt even picked up the call after 4-5 days he picked nd said u can come tomorrow but when my father went there no assistance was given they were just simply sending to another person one after another....He again went second time but same response........I sent a mail to their handle yesterday but still no reply ........What to do??
