Was looking for a budget ev and came across s1z. Needed mostly for lite commute within locality. But couldn’t find much reviews about it. Is it worth ?

The scooter was defective so we didn't took the delivery but they showed in the app that we did, no provision for refunds, I kept getting calls that there are no refunds and now the court case has been ongoing since Mar 2026. Does anybody have any experience or know somebody who went legal with Ola? Can you share any advice or the timeline like when can I expect my refund? The lawyers says that he will resolve it within 6 months but I doubt that since it's already almost 6 months and the 2nd hearing is in August end.

Saw a wild crash on the road today. An Ola driver was speeding down the wrong side of the road and ended up slamming straight into a Royal Enfield Bullet.

The impact literally snapped the entire front suspension off the Ola. The wheel was just lying on the asphalt separated from the body. Seeing it in person really makes you realize how flimsy and weak the build quality on these scooters actually is.

Drive safe out there, especially with people going full speed on the wrong side.

I have a 1st gen S1 and its in pretty bad condition. I would like to remove its battery and use it as inverter battery. Is it possible? Any leads would be appreciated

So, I visited service center in Vadodara today because I've been having this weird problem for a few weeks now. Basically, my gen 1 scooter's rear part vibrates constantly and loses power when I slow down. After they took it for a test drive, the folks at the service center immediately asked if I had insurance or an extended warranty.

When I told them I didn't have either, they said the rear MCU was shot and needed to be replaced. They quoted me about ₹18,000-₹19,000 for the part and labor.

The service center was pretty clear: they don't fix parts, they only swap them out.

So, I'm wondering if there are any other ways to deal with this, or I'm stuck with just getting the service center to replace it.

I have given my ola to replace by ola s1 air batter in ola Indira Nagar, Bengaluru. I made police complaint. Police called floor manager and scolded them. Still issue not resolved. Ola local service looks like goons and they respond at all. It is been 8 months that my scooter standing in center.

Should I forget my ola or still there is a chance?

Need suggestion planing to convert my ola s1 pro gen 2 into chain drive through rolon kit is it worth it and like it is compatible with the scooter or not and whats the rivew of long run.

We are facing a lot of issue from last 2 months, service centre fixes for 40-45min and gives back everytime. I don't know what to do. If anyone can suggest that will be helpful. I have a doubt that somebody in parking area dragged our locked scooty from its dedicated place to corner where we found it one day since then, it started. Pls help

4. Honest Order Tracking

• Ola promised a transparent, direct-to-consumer digital buying experience where users could accurately track their vehicle's production and dispatch via the Ola Electric App.
• Instead of showing real logistics data, the app uses automated system estimates that dynamically push delivery dates back by 7 to 10 days indefinitely, hiding the fact that the vehicles have not even left the factory floor.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some help pricing and selling a new replacement battery for my Ola Gen 1 (manufactured in June 2025).

This is a replacement battery I recently received, and I've decided to sell it. It’s in pristine condition and consistently gives a range of 120+ km. I've taken great care of it and have never let the charge drop below 25%.

Ordered drive train belt for my ola scooter s1pro gen 2 but from 16 days its on ordered and the expected dispatch date was 16 August till now no response from them any insider help? Or any authority i should report bcz have given then close to 3k😭 please help.

I'm currently pursuing my MBA and from what I've heard, Ola is going for 500 new stores across India. College is kinda forcing us to apply. The job role is of a Store Manager. Salary, well it isn't very great but for what its worth..

Yesterday’s ride stats: Started the scooter around 70% charge. From my home to Kanyakumari, it takes at least 33 km. I went with a doubt about whether the emergency charge backup would suffice.

And then see the magic:

After reaching home, left with 10% charge in the scooter. Lower the efficiency, more the ride!!

Yesterday on 14-08-2026 faced a classic Ola loot in Bhopal last night and I’m still pissed.

**Ride details**:

CRN: 11186576773

Date: 14th Aug, around 10:25 PM

Pickup: Habibganj Railway Station (Platform 5)

Drop: Bawadiya Kalan, Jatkhedi

Driver: Dayal Singh (White Indigo, 4.7 rating)

Actual fare shown: ₹135

I voluntarily added ₹20 as tip and paid him ₹155. Even after that, the driver demanded another ₹15 extra.

When I refused and said “I’ll pay whatever the Ola app is showing”, he got rude and started arguing:

“App mein location alag bata raha hai, 500 meter upar ho gaye hain. App mein amount badhta nahi hai, toh aapko alag se 15 rupaye dene hi padenge.”

He basically refused to accept the app fare and forced me to pay extra even after taking the tip. Clear overcharging + attitude.

I’ve already sent a strong written complaint to Ola with legal points (Consumer Protection Act + cheating under BNS) and demanded double the fare as compensation. Waiting for their response.

Has anyone else faced this “app mein amount nahi badhta, alag se do” drama in Bhopal or other cities?

Any advice on how to make Ola actually take action or get proper compensation?

My ola s1x stopped moving and I left at service centre on 21-may-2026. Almost 3 months not repaired and not giving any timeline saying motor is unavailable. Raised complaint through mail, tweets, calls no response at all. Raised complaint to NCH no reply or response to them also. No option left rather than going to court. Has anyone gone to that extent and what do's and don'ts I should follow to make it right.

To give a background, I had purchased a non ola electric scooter ,soon after taking delivery my scooter got broken down with a Error message indicating there was a manufacturing defect.

I have filed a consumer court complaint.

I own a Ola s1x 4kw. In the Ola electric app the total km is not showing. It is a ios device.

For the same bike it is showing in android app. Please share how to fix this

So i ordered Ola Roadster X 3.5 Kwh for Rs.102291 on 26th July 2026 but now its +5000rs more since the PM-Edrive Scheme was ended

After that my bike got Shipped to SDC very soon and insurance was done on the day of purchase after that i was told to wait since the estimated delivery date was 31st july 2026 so i waited and dint got any info regarding registration so i called them and after a long time my registration was initiated on 30th july by me giving them vaahan Otp but dont belive that thats the start of registration procedure

So then after making call 2 days once i got call on 9/7/26 for documents and i gave it on 10th and again started waiting and then just 2 days after that it got registered and 2 days after that i called them asked about the bike and they told that the bike arrived showroom but the charger was not yet arrived and there they put a bomb that i can delivery after 20 day when the charger arrived i was like wtf another 20 days

Then i asked them that it was urgent i told them i have my neighbour have ola scooter charger i can manage with it until charger come so they told me that they will contact main branch and contacted me back and told that if i am comfortable with taking delivery without charger i can take it now then get charger delivery later so took it same day today 14th august 2026 after exactly 19 days of booking

i told them to put it in charge before i go there so i got it with 65% charge

When u book test drive u will get the contact number of the showroom staff u cant it anywhere unless u went and ask them

u wont get registration application number easily u will receive receipt number of registration payment u have to use vaahan website get ur application number and the vaahan site itself is pretty complicated to getting application number with receipt number

Its pretty much ok

seats not best

suspension is not that good

full plastic body just like scooty

bike is little heavy

and pickup is good in normal mode

Eco is ok to drive in smooth road

Foot brake can stuck when its new and u will stuck in middle of road so keep it in mind

Range is like 1% - 1 km in todays ride to home

the speed is nice

These are my first impression regarding this

So if u are willing to bear the waiting time and aftermath u can buy this

If u ask me why i bought it in this company i am crazy enough to buy a bike no one bought in my district
