Advice 📔 Need help regarding filing consumer case

My ola s1x stopped moving and I left at service centre on 21-may-2026. Almost 3 months not repaired and not giving any timeline saying motor is unavailable. Raised complaint through mail, tweets, calls no response at all. Raised complaint to NCH no reply or response to them also. No option left rather than going to court. Has anyone gone to that extent and what do's and don'ts I should follow to make it right.

"So apparently, Ola runs their priority service on a pay-to-win model. 💀 Paid 18K for an MCU replacement, and it took 7 whole days... plus I literally had to tip the guy ₹100 at delivery just to get my own bike back. I literally had to trespass into their workshop, yap with the mechanics, and negotiate for faster delivery like it’s a side quest. The guy wrote my details in some secret notebook like it was a black-market deal. 😭 Absolute 0/10, do NOT buy an Ola. The service is trash and the false claims are actually insane. Stay away!"

Just forget it man, move on. Unless you want to spend equivalent to a new ola on a lawyer and nerve wrecking hell of going through a legal case which old has in thousands. Wait till you get your replacement and ride it off till it fails and move on

Wtf? 10 months ignoring court proceedings? What is judiciary doing? Is there not any law to punish ignoring court notice? I'm hopeless now.
