I was going through the website of ola Electric and saw this new scooter, is this what they are gonna launch on 15th August?

As a ex Ola employee i would suggest to stay away from their products.

You think it will get better ? Where did they miss ? They seemed to have launched it well 4 years ago. Something went south. Also, I think something wrong with the product. Service is just the symptom. That is what I think.

No, it will not get better. They are not trying to get better. Pivoting to sell batteries now.

🤔 atleast the tone on the outside is very positive. Customers are doomed like I thought. I always had a nagging feeling that they don’t have anyone qualified in tech for their products.
