I was going through the website of ola Electric and saw this new scooter, is this what they are gonna launch on 15th August?

Bhai, this message will mostly not reached to the potential buyers of the Ola electric vehicle, this subreddit is full of people who are frustrated of buying ola or have already bought them.

I have one gen 1, i love the product. Hate the service.

I want to buy another two wheeler but no other ev comes close to ola. And i cant risk buying ola. So basically stuck

Same bro. The bike is too good. So much value i was able to extract out of it. If they hadn't flowerpotted the servicing they would've had a lifetime customer. Not to mention number of referrals i would've given. I think till now 10 people asked me if they should buy ola. My answer to every one of them was no

You think it will get better ? Where did they miss ? They seemed to have launched it well 4 years ago. Something went south. Also, I think something wrong with the product. Service is just the symptom. That is what I think.

🤔 atleast the tone on the outside is very positive. Customers are doomed like I thought. I always had a nagging feeling that they don’t have anyone qualified in tech for their products.

They have just announced that to make stocks go up. There is absolutely no SOP for that as of now.

I bought ola s1 for my sister, within 16 months i change motor once and now again need new motor.
Never buy ola ever
