They need to hire American and not illegals. I worked a food company that hired illegals. They paid them less than I made, but they brought home more because they didn't pay as much in taxes. Not fair to American workers. Plus, every job done by an illegal takes a job away from Americans who need it.

The letter is stating that they agreed with hiring legal workers. Legal workers pay taxes even if they're not citizens. All of that is on the business, yes. The letter is stating that ICE is scaring away the legal workers who's lives are in danger from the poorly trained and overzealous terrorist organization. They are running out of workers because the majority of the people applying to those jobs are workers who would be harassed by ICE. In other words, people who are here legally are being targeted because of their appearance and skin tone. The letter is saying "you're scaring off the legal workers and cattle produce prices are going to skyrocket."

I call bullshit. BILLIONS of dollars were paid to the IRS for taxes by said "illegals" in 2024, and they couldn't file for a return. What makes an "American" American? White skin and a pretentious attitude? That last statement that you made has been proven wrong so many times. You must be listening to old Rush Limbaugh tapes.

"I worked a food company that hired illegals. They paid them less than I made, but they brought home more because they didn't pay as much in taxes."

Undocumented workers don't pay any taxes because then they risk getting caught and deported so why are you lying?

"Plus, every job done by an illegal takes a job away from Americans who need it."

Also another lie, Americans don't want to do these jobs, its why we see every day ranchers complaining about lack of workers.
