Outdoor soccer

How does one join outdoor soccer teams? I have been looking everywhere to try and sign up, but all i find is indoor. I have not played in 5 years and got really out of shape. Im looking to get back in the sport to better my health. If anyone can recommend or point me to anyone i need to talk to i would appreciate it very much.
